To make the welcome to Memsource even warmer, we have been working hard to improve our onboarding process. Our aim was to create a simpler and more personal experience for first-time users.
We have achieved this in a number of ways:
- We have created new getting started guides: a Getting Started Guide for Project Managers and a Getting Started Guide for Linguists. These provide clear, step-by-step instructions to help new users quickly familiarize themselves with the Memsource interface and start using the key features.
- The guides are accompanied by concise demo videos that show the key features being used in Memsource Cloud, Memsource Desktop Editor, and Memsource Web Editor. Below is an example of one of the videos – How to Create a Project in Memsource. Access the full Getting Started for Project Managers video playlist and Getting Started for Linguists video playlist.
- All new trial users are sent a link to a getting started guide from Marketa, our customer success manager. New users can contact Marketa at any time during their trial should they need additional support or have additional questions.
- Our Support team is always on hand to answer any technical questions, while our Sales team can deal with any questions related to editions and subscriptions.
